THE ARTIST  Minister Alesia Snipes Sanders is a native of Americus, Georgia. She was born to the parentage of the late Overseer Aaron Snipes, Sr. and Evangelist B. Snipes, founders of United Holiness Church, Inc. Both her life and ministry resonate with the effects of being a “Preacher ’s Kid ” as well as the traditional Holiness and Pentecostal environment in which she was raised. At the age of 12, she received Christ into her life and was filled with the Holy Spirit.Alesia received her elementary and high school education from the Sumter County School System graduating with honors. She is the mother of five children, ten grandchildren, a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law. She served as United Holiness Church Minister of Music for 35 years and was also employed as its Outreach Ministry Administrative Assistant. Min. Sanders has been active in her church for many years as well as offering her services to many community, cultural and civic organizations in her community.  Alesia has relocated to Texas where she resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. "Thou Art My Praise" live Cd recording will be released on September 8, 2008. Appearing on the recording with her is the Thou Art My Praise family: Expressions of Praise Ensemble (EOP), Davidic Praise Band-150 (DPB-150), Unity Choir of United Holiness Church, Evangelist B. Snipes, S & S Singers, Anthony J. Snipes and Wee Worshippers. |
